The 2t oil tank is under the seat, you fill it to the top, as said is there a pipe loose? There is no dip stick as it's not connected to the engine!

Have a look at donotlink Pedstop exhaust shoot-out section, the pm is'nt even listed. You'll be surprised by the results.

It could be 2 stroke oil coming from the crank oil seal, not to much to worry about. Take the flywheel off to check the seal.
Pull the pipe off the oil tank!
