Yes it's the front which is odd, the rear is a std size. If I owed the Sym I would fit a 130/60-13 tyre on the front and a 140/70-12 on the rear....

A cheap pipe won't last long so if I were you i'd bite the bullet and buy new.
If the pipe's non std then you'll have to find out how to get it to go properly or fit the "works perfectly good" std pipe.
