Any grease is better than no grease, just put plenty all over the 3 pegs and a smidge on the centre bearing.
You can leave the mudguard off if you want to and it will have no effect at all on the air filter what so ever as it's at the other end of the...
A gentle prising with a couple of screwdrivers,one each side usually does the trick!
Check the valve (tappet) clearance, 4 thou inlet + 5 thou exhaust .
One suggestion is to leave the std airbox on so it run's right!
The Pantheon is a great scooter, if Honda had put that engine into a sport's frame like the Runner or even the Typhoon they would have sold...

All the typhoon panels are the same, there is some little differences but nothing to bother you.
And another thing, there's a set of 13" nrg Mc2 wheels on ebay that will bolt straight in your typhoon!! Better tyre choice and look fantastic!
To be honest the Martini typhoons are very rare in good condition, take all the body work off and keep it safe and paint up another set of panels....

I always wear a work man's yellow coat and have ultra bright led lights on the front of my scooter but still I'm not noticed!
It's what they call "an engine running", there is a fan attached to the flywheel, this draw's in cool ambient air which blow's over the hot engine...
The std stated plug C7HSA/CR7HSA will work perfect.
Best to leave the std airbox on it so it run's right, maybe get some wd40, silicone lube and spray all over the spark plug/ electrics/cdi etc.
Exactly what I was going to say but couldn't be arsed to type that much, you need to get a book on 2t tuning and read up or look on the WWW.
There is a pair of 13" wheels on the bay now, Mc2 and will bolt straight in typhoon 50-125 fork's, very cheap!!
