Yes, as you've probably found the outer spacer is only held in a little. When you drit the bearing out, work round the bearing not just on one side.
All you need is a drift (long steel bar)and hammer to knock them out, put the bar through one bearing lever it over slightly to move center spacer...

That's because they are shite! Fit the std headlight and it will be fine.
Any clear silicon from Halfrauds, small toothpaste size tube, it's heat resistant and works well!
Nothing to worry about, they all do it. Take exhaust off and use some clear silicone on the gasket joint.
