What for? o_O
Have you tried pulling the brake lever then pressing the start button? Lights on the dash don't usually light up on chinese scooters.
A typhoon airbox shouldn't be to hard to find on the bay, the Hexagon type should fit just need to make sure it don't hit the side panel !!
The std airbox would work when jetted right, also the runner 125/180 2t airbox will fit.
Lovely scooter!
Squish, is the area around the edge of the piston that deflect's the fuel mixture into the centre of the combustion area in the cylinder head,...
Upjet the std carb/airbox to suit cc of the engine, it will work fine.
I'd leave the std carb on it with the std barrel, also the std carb will work fine with a 172 kit, just upjet to around a 92 main jet. worth a try!
That's just a typhoon with Gilera on it, they came in to the UK as Gilera STORM, nrg bars.
Relay or starter motor?
I'm not a good enough engineer to make a V twin.:(
Thanks for looking.
You considered doing a faux 'V' twin config wrt crank and ignition firing angles? Suposed to be a really torque-ey set-up and smoother/less...
Yes, no problem.
Clear silicon sealant will work fine.
Main jet is to big, std typhoon is booked at about 62mph, 75 is a bit optimistic.
I'll be going, have done for the last few years!
