I have measurements for a 80cc typhoon, 4mm thick, O.D is 21mm, I.D is 14.95 as near as. Hope it help's. I could send it to you if you want it?

Take the rocker box cover off and run the engine, if it pumps/squirt's oil out it's working. The oil pump drive is plastic! Cam chain?

The teeth wearing down won't make the bike slip, or do you mean belt? The genuine Gilera parts work fine and will last.
Check the vacuum petrol pump pipe that comes off the engine case just under the reed block L/H side.
