Yes, dozens just have a look on the net for scooter tuning parts.
There is a tiny spring on flap catch to hold it shut, also make sure the cable is routed correctly and has a little slack and lubed.
You could make a 4t pipe off something else fit but it will look crap and cost a few quid for welding etc !
You choice is very limited for that scooter, £80 is very cheap !
Unscrew the black top off the carb, lift it out and you'll see a brass needle, squeeze the spring up to release needle. You'll see a tiny "E" clip...
The rear bulb trick was to not use 21w power as it drains the battery, as it hasn't altered anything I'll have another think on it!

You probably need a new chain, also it need's to be correctly adjusted and in-line with the front sprocket !
The runner has 2 top side of light, one underneath. You need to take off front center panel first.

Battery condition? Take the rear bulb out and try that one time and tell me how it goes !

I did the "disc conversion" on a typhoon, put the arm away and now can't find it to put it back to drum ! Since your post I might have found one....
Hi, this time I need a rear brake arm and the shaft which operates the brake shoes, if anyone has done a disc conversion on a rolling nut engine...
