£ 4 £ the 70cc will give you guaranteed results with all std transmission, rollers and variators are very much trial and error weights etc.
70cc Malossi barrel, keep everything else std.

The 2t and 4t engine mounts are different.
Impact rattle gun, it would have only been torqued to 45-50 Nm so it's not tight, if it's so tight it would have stripped the thread !
If it's fried the battery, I'd check regulator, it should be about 13.5-14 volts at the battery running.

That is a nice red ! I wouldn't use the stainless pipe if I were you, they seem to be difficult to jet properly.
Yes you can remove pump etc, just block off oil feed to carb. If you remove oil tank remember to leave sender unit plugged in with level at 1/2...

Are you using throttle while starting?
The engine does NOT need stripping to replace the water pump/seal unless the impeller has had the threads stripped out due to it being LEFT HAND...

What's the set up ?
Set the airscrew until it idles nice with a crisp pickup and std transmission always worked for me.
I'd have a Honda 50 any day, best bike ever made, chinese scooters are disposable like a Bic razer, after a couple of uses it's crap and worn out !
