Put the std airbox back on, check the std jet then get a a selection box of jets bigger and try everyone starting with biggest .
Take it off measure the tip, put 12 volt to it to see if it moves out !

The V area is a location point and yes it's cracked. I'd still fit it and drill a small hole through the silent block and frame to fit a small nut...
Check and clean all earth points, make another earth lead, engine/frame, clean terminals and resistance check wires.
I think latest A/C leaders are 3v, old et4's are 2v, L/C 4v !

Try a 20.5 runner carb.
I ran a 24mm PWK on my 172 runner, far better than an agricultural 25mm Dellorto carb, it maybe a velocity problem with the 24mm carb on a 70cc ?
So use the 19mm carb !
You need a filter to protect the engine, a filter won't restrict airflow if set up correctly. Maybe the carb is to big ? It's only 70cc !
The 125 skipper engines are great but vibrations are horrific fitted to the 50 mount !
It will vibrate that's why Piaggio fitted the silent block !
