The Scarabeo is rare in the UK so not much help, you could try an exhaust off another model 100/125 2t (Aerox ?) and make it fit !
Air leak around inlet manifold ? Rubber O rings perish between manifold and head/carb. Diaphram in carb goes hard and valve clearance. My favourate !
I'm 54 ! Check reed block, it sit's under the rubber inlet manifold. Make sure reeds are intact. Is the auto choke connected ?

If you've been given it then try it !
I have obd testers but it doesn't have capability to derestrict.
Take it to a kymco main dealer, they should be able to do it.
