I don't think theres a lot your able to do with it, std derestrict with it being efi ! A suzuki dealer should be able to help.
All depends on what you have ? Only real thing with a 4t is it needs CC's !
You sure do, exhaust, hanger, shock. Also be careful with the egr vavle wiring on down pipe !
Check all electrical connections.
Don't bother with the cheap aftermarket pipes there rubbish, keep the std pipe.
Fit a 70cc barrel and keep everything std .

Start big and work down until it's right.
Might be worth checking clutch, make sure it not got a broken spring or it's worn out, instead of the pulley halfs twisting apart they just move...
Thermostat is good to keep it constant temp as long as by-pass hose is fitted.

Can you fit a seperate 12v battery to it and try ? could it be voltage sensitive ?
You may need to contact a main dealer, if it's efi you can't just fit an 80cc barrel as you'll need to increase fueling . Old carb model it's easy !
