Who fitted it ? Was the chain tensioner retracted when fitted? There's only 2 timing marks, crank/cam, crank at TDC and cam on back of lobes....

You could strip/ clean caliper as dirt can get beneath seals and slows action of caliper pistons, not a big job but if your unsure leave it to...

The nano is small, I have had a lot of experiamce with Lexmoto and yes there getting better but I'd buy a 5 y/o SYM over a brand new Lexmoto !
Try a SYM symphony or any SYM model or Kymco, both these are excellent brands but you won't get a new one for £1600. buy cheap buy twice !

Is it fuel injected? A lot of new scooters are efi.
I'd get it on a diagnostic to check, it might be cdi but they either work or don't at all.

Take it to a dealer with diagnostic kit to sort out.

It won't matter how it's connected, it's a/c powered so either way will be ok.
Just buy a new cover/pump, you'll just end up damaging it !

Start with a big main jet (110) see how it runs then work down if to much. Set mixture screw as needed, atomiser/pilot jet might need changing...
