Don't spray it, some paints (solvent) can damage the surface, use stickers or buy a patterned helmet.
80cc work well enough, easy to fit but it still won't be fast just has a lot more bottom end.
LOCKFAST liquid gasket works for me on my 125cc piaggio engines as they don't use a gasket.
Don't bother with a gear kit !
Leave the original airbox on, you won't gain anything taking it of, it will run perfect !
What scooter ?
float height ? Change choke unit, pump jet ? Split diaphram ? Air in petrol pipe is not an issue.
Fit the carb that came with engine your using !
I'd go for 0.005" inlet and 0.006" exhaust.
Valve clearance ?
Have you tried new spark plug ?

Try bridging black/white wire ! Green is used to short ignition circuit to earth on most scooters.
The master cylinders and switch gear need swopping over, throttle/master cylinder/ switch.
If you disconect side stand switch, you need to bridge green/green white wires If I remember right ? Disconect green from ignition circuit.
Have you looked to see if it had a side stand switch? could have been disconected and plug is floating round in belly panel !
I think there only 15 w bulbs, they won't never be bright.
It could be the pump at fault, or just 2t oil unburt in the crankcase. I can't remember if the pump drive is inside of crank seal or outside ! It...
