Try the std exhaust back on it. I wouldn't waste money on the mutivar, std works fine with a good roller set up.
What main jet have you got in the carb ? What's the plug colour ?
Put up a picture of the bottom ball race on the original forks !
That's only a starter relay or solenoid, you can buy them anywhere and there fitted to every scooter know to man ! Just look different to others.
Yes, it's virtualy the same, just needs a few connectors changing for speedo etc. Look in the Haynes manual.
Put std cdi back on and check plug colour to see how it's running.

By the looks of the stansions you need new ones. There is no oil in that type of fork just a dob of grease from the factory. Are they seized at all ?

The frames are different 100%, the typhoon has a rounded back end where the the NRG is flat. Best get a typhoon and nrg frame to check back to back !
The rear of the frame is different so typhoon panels won't fit NRG frame, I think seat bucket is the same !

NRG won't fit, only 13" runner or dragster !
