Sure do and a 150cc typhoon, I use std pipe and sometimes a Kundo. Some say there rubish but not really any worse than a std pipe !

What cc is the engine ? The malossi is too much for a 125cc !

What base engine is it ? Any pictures ? If it's a vertical barrel 100cc, a 172cc probably won't fit due to wrong craank stroke etc.
Not easy to make a Typhoon L/C just buy the A/C 172 malossi barrel.
It's nice to know you want to keep your Dad's scooter, keep it all standard ! Piaggios are the most commen for sure, NRG power is a good start.
