Spares for the jetforce are difficult to find, yes you could make an exhaust to fit easy enough.
If it's new just take it back for replacement under warranty.

Sounds like a broken wire in the loom, you'll need to remove some body panels, run the scooter on stand and pull/ push wires to see if anything...
The new scooters are fuel injected so you'll need to take it to a dealer or a shop with diagnostic kit to see what's going on with it;

I'd say main jet is way to big, a 125cc only has 82.5 in a 20.5mm carb. check plug colour and start checking everything again.
