Malossi used to make a CDI that replaced the immobiliser on the old et4, it might work on yours?

Auto choke ? If so it needs connecting.
As far as I'm aware there not restricted, being a 100cc it's not classed as a moped.
Genuine parts are always best, the 100cc is very rare here in the UK.
Just make sure gearbox has oil, ep 80/90.
It could be the gearbox whining on over run and rattle could be rollers in variator. In the scooter world it's very old and I'd say quite rare now.
Get O2 sensor fitted in downpipe asap, 50mph +/- is about right for top speed on these.
Is the printed circuit board on back of speedo ? there's only plugs that fit, no wires are bolted on, well there is on petrol gauge but not that...
Has the flywheel come loose and moved ?
The new key transponder is blank, it needs setting to the ecu on the bike. If it's similer to Piaggio et4 it will be in the Haynes manual.
Has it got an aftermarket exhaust ? with no fitting on the down pipe for the co2 sensor? And on another point, check valve clearance as factory...
The new key needs programing to the brown key, you need to find the brown key !
