It's a 70cc typhoon, how fast do you think it should go ?
Take the choke off the carb and connect it to a 12v battery, the pin will extend out and choke will get warm if it's working.
That's just the way it is, no way to correct it so you just live with it !
It could be over geared, you may need more power to pull the higher gearing ?
All liquid cooled engines run on anti freeze so get a good quality ready mixed type and it will be fine.
The drive belts are different for 125 , 180cc so use the right one !
Check the thread size of jet and your looking for a light chocolate brown coloured spark plug !
Try a big main jet eg 80 and see how it goes, if it revs freely with wide open throttle then it wants a bigger jet, if it slutters wide open then...
There's nothing wrong with a diaphram carb ! Buy the Haynes manual on Chinese motorcycles, all info is there and here !
Put the complete std clutch back in it !
I'd set the valves at 0.004" inlet and 0.005" exhaust. The Haynes book will be good as all nut's, bolts are torqed to the same value, M5, M6 ,M8...
As a rule the rear light unit is fitted to the frame and panels are fitted on afterwards, the light won't be fixed purely on the panels !
What's the battery voltage before you start it?
Poor electrical connection ? check battery terminals and wire connector blocks.
Poor battery ? check voltage when turning over.
