It will give you enuff charge through your battery to start the bike. Its like jump starting a car if you no what i mean
or you could try using a jump pack to start ur scooter
Imperial is a bait spot but it did used to be good before the days when it got infested with filth etc!!

I would say my personal favourite would have to be the nrg as i had one for my first road legal bike :P Never gave me any problems and i rode...
I doubt you will be able to hit a true speed of 50/60 on standard 50cc bore..
It can be done but like i said if you get caught it aint worth the hassle mate seriously just pedal to the post office and get the tax then hit...
If you have taken the carb off before this happend then the carb will need to fill with petrol before it will start. If not it may be blocked...
I use some stuff called ( Gunk ) for cleaning my engines etc seems to work quite well.. Heres the link if you feel like chacking it out...

It aint worth the hassle if you get pulled over!! Just ride to the post office and tax your bike then your away and free to hit the roads :pimp:

As said always make sure the bike is warmed up before riding usually when you put on a 70 kit you need to turn the oil up abit and fit a larger...
