i had the same problem with my neos hit a rock and cracked the cylender where the exaust bolted on so it gave me agood excuser to do a top end...

just get a pack of 10 on ebay for £12 then go from there
i just changed my piston cylinder and rings for a new set (50cc) its done 40miles but i cant get it to rev over 6000 unless its on the stand and...
