Basically my battery doesnt charge and the red wire where the 2 connectors run into a little thing set on fire wen i jumped it before whatas wrong?

Basically ive been fixin the bike for the last week and now its done the battery holds some of the charge then it just doesnt charge back up again...

found out the problem its the ignition source coil apparently are they hard to change?
It does it when its warm aswell and cheers mate will get a new plug and probably the manual kit cheers.

Just had a new belt + if it was the carb it would have the same problem when the bike is cold but its sweet when its cold.
