I think the price of the restriction complete with certificate is a bit of a piss take, find an insurer that doesn't require proof of restriction....
Take a look on their website at this years, it's completely different. :)
I would say go straight for a 500 or something and restrict it yourself then find an insurance company that don't want to see a £200 certificate....
