I ended up drilling it out and replacing it, still runs even on choke, also when I put my new carb on I might have an air lock in my oil pipe...

I would say it's lean, cause the auto choke is coming in and making it run right, when you very first turn it on and leave it 5-10 seconds can you...
I need to bleed my oil after changing the carb, just tried taking the water pump off and snapped a bolt, pretty sure they all will so any other...

I think it's probs the manifold, I got a new one but can't put it on because one of the 4 bolts holding it on is rounded :'(
