How are you checking the power? Is there any power at the bulb contacts? Is there an earth wire that is loose or corroded on the bulb or headlamp...

To be honest in that case you are going to have to find someone who can help you out.
You'll probably need to open up the front of the legshield and find the connector that goes to the switch and see if any power is getting to that....
All the power goes through the headlamp switch/main/dip so you'll need to see if you have power at the switch. If no power is reaching the switch...
