sound like a heat seizure to me, checked oil? and did you replace the fuel ?
can always go up on base gaskets, wat crank is in there? most after market/performance items will have their brand/logo stamped on connecting rod....
its cool, iv sorted it for now anyway, somehow the baffle tube inside the can had snapped and the can literally fell apart , so iv managed to weld...
So iv started a little project with my cbr seeing how its winter and i have use of a scooter it made sense to have this off the road for a while...

no, its obviously fouling the plugs, oil pump set correctly? check the carburetor is nice and clean , make sure its set to factory...

oil leak will most probably be a clutch case gasket
thats wat happens when bikes are built from cheese, scrap it and invest in something reliable/well known. most 50 and 125 piaggio scooters last...
if your pannels are good with no cracks or broken lugs you will be much better off having them painted, the quality of the original pannels is 100...
