take the barrel off and clean the threads out , fit some proper exhaust studs with locktite and use locknuts .
heat , wont budge otherwise, drill out the snapped ones, and use copper grease when you put them back in. Will probably have to tap the threads...
Seat needs to be locked and not "rocking" side to side. Loads of ways to get around the secure seat situation
Stick with the airbox mate, especially on a stock bike, a aftermarket airfilter will not do anything but decrease power and create running trouble...

But, is that the way to go about it ? Or would you rather lube/replace a cable every now and again and sling a set of brakes in to keep you safe...
is there a bust gasket or seal ?
check your headstock bearings and wheel bearings, and shock mounts too mate. when you do the mounts check them all including the plastic bushes...
Oh well in that case we will just keep ours hands over the keys and use our steel toe caps for brakes. Damn , why didnt i think of that before.
Replace the fuel tap and fit a new plug .
side to side freeplay is fine as long as it's not excessive. Should not have any freeplay up and down though.
