When you fitter the new battery , did you charge it first ? See if you can turn the flywheel over by hand ?
Have you checked for any air leaks around the inlet manifold area ? Valve clearances? check the transmition .
No it wont be the starter relay , get yourself a multi meter , set to V , place the meter leads on the battery and see wat the reading is , should...

It's in limp mode , take it to a certified peugeot dealer and they will do it for you , wont cost more than half hour labour, its just a pattern...
NSR's are good, beware high millage ones as they wont last long and will need a engine rebuild at around 22k but i suppose that goes for any 2t...

Look like normal paiggio fitment engine mount needle roller bearings , good idea but i found with my ones its the bearings in the engine cases...
If the engine is out and stripped of transmition and top end , the most they can charge is about an hour and thats them being cocky as it will...
