sounds like blocked main jet, buy a new plug aswell
i never thort they were restricted, mine let mine rev over 14000 rpm...
i have fixed it :) the exhaust port was nearly blocked up with carbon :O got the dremel out and cleaned it all up, runs perfect now :D:D:D
they were both std 50 kits tho :S, i have herd that the older std cylinders have better porting than the newer 50 cylinders can any one conferm this ?
but with the other 50 kit it was so much quicker than now, with this 50 kit its slow
the other week my piston cracked, so i have put nearly new 50cc kit on, it has technigas tek pipe,12mm carb with 60 jet, polini blue clutch...
need 50cc kit for piaggio ac will swap for 21mm carb
mayb where u was trying to start it wih broken/open reedsd its filled the bottem end with petrol, try takink it for a good ride should clear it's...
give the carb a good clean out, and the airfilter, and change the spark plug :) you got a very good deal :)
