17.5 carbs can be hard to tune and use an odd size jet compared to the other more common carbs. An 88 is probably a decent place to start out....

Another bike I guess you could consider is the Burgman, but they don't do a 300. It's either 400 or 200 (or 125). Very popular bikes round here...
