When the engine warms up does the rattling/vibration subside somewhat or is it just as bad?

You can now buy euro4 2t scooters with efi which should be pretty reliable. Not sure how tuneable though.

I don't think Mimile is referring to 2 stroke. Both engines are 4t but one is the 2 valve model and the other the 4 valve one.

Could be a few things. I guess it's possible the regulator could die all of a sudden. Has your bike got a kick start?
