25;1 is way too much oil, it will probably run alot better on 33;1 or maybe even 36;1- Stage6 recommended 33:1 for my sport pro mk2 so a corsa...

You really need to run-in the cylinder before thrashing it. A 17.5mm carb is required really, but a 72 jet sounds about right with the stock...
