well just put one of my programable jetski ignitions in the aerox as well made a massive difference to the performance its now slipping the belt...
I just spent ages fitting one of my jetski ignitions to my aerox works tuff as and goes alot harder

i normally fill the ends with rubber cones and then tightel with with a bolt through the centre fil with air and heat the effected spot and out...

anytime you wrap the pipe you increase the heat in it and make it behave like a shorter pipe i guess if you wrap the header it has more effect...

You tune it to handle the rpm thats fne with a crank etc They will be fine doign that to me ragging it is when you get some idiot that doesnt...

its about 180 hp i reckon it may be a wee bit much for the rox
On another note here is my jetski i am working on this is my new race ski the engine is an 8mm power valve with 48mm carbs and 7 transfer port...
i would be interested how much for the cylnder alone or is this the one with the pipe etc
ok i have seen that one before I just cant be bothered welding in new mounts etc for it if there was one that bolts in i would be doing it for sure
How hard are they to fit into an aerox the 172 that is
its a ported up motoforce cylinder it will go fine They say these are good for 12-16 hp i am hoping for the 16 sort of power I guess time will...
