As long as it's not cheap own brand mineral, any good synth or semi synth will be the ticket. Remember to let the bike warm up before riding it...

You need to take the chain or the gear off. You may need a rubber mallet to wack the caps loose
I'm not sure they are the same diameter, but they are fairly cheap probably worth the gamble
