I assume you mean for the clocks? It's all one part from Yamaha, but maybe an aftermarket supplier has something like koso?
Lighter rollers will give you better acceleration. I'm pretty sure there are some guides here about it all. Have a look around the site

Errr mm rusted through? Exhaust valve gap? Heat shield? Broken baffle?
You are right, they don't normally have the ring, just an electrical limiter
Clean the float bowl, the choke jet is probably blocked. And change the spark plug anyway....
