you really need to take all the jets out and clean them out properly. it seems you have taken the carb apart without knowing what you are doing...
have you popped the pistons out and got any corrosion out from inside the calipers. it then needs to be bled

well first of all. you can check the main jet if its had a 210 kit at any point the auto choke on with a massive main jet may conk the scoot out...
