try the bulbs mate, there only a few quid. i know that with the lexus lights (on cars) had the same faulty problem and it always was the bulbs in...
have you tryed the old indercators on to see if its the same? i would check the relay, might of got damp while it was sitting around with no panels

the bike had a new top end last year and wasnt ran after that. the problem was that the pipes in the cylinder head that went to the carb was on...
wouldnt it just be easier to send the head back and buy the correct one? or better still put your spare drag engine in? nice bike though, i like...
