See if you can get the mollosi mutivar google it and have a read they come with the perfect rollers for the bike plus correct contra spring ..it’s...
Not for the bike just the engine
Just take the complete engine incl any loom, and bolt on to the 50 frame.. one long bolt hold the engine in the frame... very simple
Same pipe will fit a 70cc Head Carb will need a rejetting You could get a complete performance varaitor kit that would save you the head ache...

Try putting the stock rollers back in and see if that makes a difference... use thread lock on the varaitor not
Try 5.5 I have just built a gilera with a similar set up to yours but with5.5g rollers and mid race engine instead of street race... and it’s perfect
No... apart from geting a stock pulley... and the washer... that pulley you have must be throwing everything out of balance Usually that set up...
You have to replace the conical washer every time that’s why it’s coming loose! Just get a stock pulley and new nut and washer
did you get a new spring washer and nut ? If you didn't then that is why the stock one Is getting loose

Was it running ok before you got that new fan wheel ?
The mollosi kit just avoids the need to keep swapping out rollers to find the sweet spot, it’s all set up perfectly for your bike :)
