You want to run the bike on the biggest jet it runs smoothly with as it’s safer. I’d say that’s a little to much oil, What oil are you using ?
what 70 kit is it ?
Oil from the exhaust not a problem but a black oily plug is, Premix? Or auto lube?
Look up mark savage on you tube he’s well clued up on speedfights, and I think he’s done a vid on seals

Did you do Southend shakedown a few times then ? When it was good. They’ve tried to stop it the last few years, local shop owners were furious
