Thanks, I was gonna sand all the panels down, clean them all ( so theres no dust etc on them) and make sure there all smooth no scratches no chips...

thanks for the advice mate, what primer does everyone use is there a specific one or can you use any as I have fond one on ebay thats not too...
just looked on there and have e-mailed a company that says they can mix it by the scooter paint code so looks promising also has anyone pained...
but the thing is, my scooter is painted cosmic blue and there are some very big deep scratches on it so need to get the same color blue to match it
