have you check'd the compression of the engine ?
give it a clean with carb cleaner make sure its spotless , also fit a new spark plug
sports exhaust , performance variator with multiple roller sizes , uprated clutch and springs , 70 kit , uprated crank and bearings , uprated belt...
so is it a rattle or a knocking sound ? and which side of the transmission case is it coming from when you installed the rollers did you make sure...
is the clutch bell tight
hold the back brake to stop the wheel from spinning does it still do it
or the belt maybe worn to the point where is slapping off the tranny case
small end = rattle , big end = knocking , doubt it would be the clutch rattling , maybe the gear box bearings could need replacing
are you sure it's coming from the gear box and not the top end , could be small end bearing rattle

no one can give you jet / roller weights in advance only a rough idea , as it differes in every bike , roller weights are based on your weight and...
oh right that sucks then mate , think a relay for mine is only like a fiver not to rub it or anything ;)
ah right it's separate on my bike mate that's why i thought it would be the relay , like todi says check the actual switch and have you replaced...
try the flasher relay mate for indicators

could always put some thin mesh behind it to prevent a stone entering after you have drilled it , just a thought fella :)
