as simple as it sounds when is the last time you changed the spark plug ? and have you checked the air filter for dirt and oil etc ? .

have you checked if it is blowing where it joins the engine ? , might need a new gasket , if its not that then it more than likely is the baffles...
rollers sound like they have squared off , change them and while you are there check the drive belt for wear and the clutch shoes
