youve changed the plug but is it sparking? try cleaning out your carb and does the startermotor turn the engine over?
if its got the junction you could modify it so its just 1 cable joined in the middle
should fit there the same engine just might be abit shorter
the conrod is the shaft that goes from you crank to your piston, i think it should have slight left and right movement, but if your crank turns...
do you meen what you put your bike on to see what the power output is? or to charge your battery?
have you checked you cable it should be a split cable, from throttle to junction 1 goes to the throttle the other to the oil pump

yh you want to laquer it to protect the paint aswell as give a nicer finish alsways primer and if spraying plastic, plastic primer 1st
