sounds like your float pin is broken the pin that actually controls the delivery of petrol to your float chamber
double check all of your jets check your reeds and your intake rubber..did you give your air filter sponge a clean?
check your carb slide is closing properly and that your thorttle cable is adjusted properly..take the air filter off and see if the slide is...
