I dont bother using torque settings on engine mount and shock just make sure they are tight enough and what bike are you putting engine in?

Is the stage 6 quick action throttle kit with the switch unit aswell or just the throttle on its own for £45 pal?
Measure the piston or the bore should be around 47mm and if its 50cc around 40mm :)
