You should do jetting the other way. Start big and work down... Too lean will cause a seize in the motor....

You take your mirror off, the put the metal bracket thing on, then tighten the mirror down again. Then you use the M6 bolt and bolt the GPS mount...
It's just a bit of metal with some holes in it. M8 for the mirror and M6 for the clamp thingy.
