lol to clean a carb you need to take it all apart and blow all the holes with air compressor or air pump at least , worth trying to clean your air...
i would go for yasuni r instead of leovince :) runs better in my opinion

only piaggio engines , so most italian 50cc and typhoon or runner 125 ,unless its some dodgy welded mounts that let yamaha engine to go in :DD
assuming the fact they only leave the frame and a seat as a standard part = alot :D

you could try fitting a runner radiator fan somewhere if it dosent cool down enough , and when you put back panels are you still able to use kick...
100cc are not all 4t , yamaha aerox , neos come 2t mate, and yh there is no such a thing as 100cc nrg

my old aprilia had something like this, when you press a start button it just used to click so i changed the starter and i worked fine again :)
could be something with generator, or maybe your head gasket is gone?
