i used the wire brush that you can put on a drill came out nice and smooth then just give it few coats of paint and its done ;) [IMG]
maybe your el. choke is on or something because you unconnected your thermostat, but i would say you get an aribox with 17.5 or 19mm carb mate as...

on corsa you will get the most power that you can have having in mind that it will still be reliable , and yh corsa is like ported sport barrel
