The Polini Sport and Stage 6 Streetrace produce similar power but the streetrace has a much wider powerband keeping maximum power at higher revs...
Totally agree Chubz, the difference is probably down to your Polini kit and my stage 6 kit which produce totally different powerbands.
This forum, or gumtree.
Mine did the same until I removed the snorkel. Basically it's overfueling and when you open the throttle it wets the plug. Using a 21mm carb is...
No the air mixture screw affects the idle jet only. The issue sounds like it's with the main jet, try going up one and see how it goes. If it's...
Put the airbox on and start from there. The airbox not only filters the air but rebounds the pressure wave from the previous stroke to help the...
Jet sounds too big I run a 70 streetrace with a 17.5 dellorto standard airbox (snorkel removed) and it has an 84 main jet.
If it's a fifty keep the snorkel on, in my experience you only need tit removed for a 70 kit as it draws 40% more air on each stroke. Do you know...

No they run richer in hot weather so a smaller jet is needed. Hot air is less dense .
Quite possibly a jetting issue, if your bike is tuned with modifications to the carb then it could run rich in hot weather.
400 grade wet & dry and 600 between coats.
Theyre all LC. There may be a difference in the wiring and the carb, Otherwise it's a straight swap.
