Take some lessons as they teach you how to drive to the DSA test standard. Being able to drive and passing a test are two different things.
The restrictor in the gianelli exhaust is basically a washer at the inlet, you can't miss it as it's held in by 2 spot welds.
Have you taken the restrictor washer out of the exhaust. As for weights try a 4g and put the snorkel back on to see if that makes a difference.
If the rollers are too light then you wont even get good acceleration cos it wont rev high enough to get the rollers out
