The belts do tend to be stiffer when they are new, and go softer once worn...
ive never heard of anyone taking an exhaust pipe off a scooter with an impact gun :whistle: you would probably do more harm than good...
depends how far you want to take it really, plenty of sport 70 kit available, but the design of the cases doesnt lend its self to any kind of...
just get the pipe off tomorrow and check... take pictures and post on here if you are unsure.
if the restrictor is still in there then YES!! thats the point of a restrictor... check the down pipe and end can, yasuni have a habit of fitting...
The reeds sit under the inlet manifold, unscrew the manifold and the reed block pulls out. The reeds should be intact no chips splits or fraying,...
get the pipe off and check if the restrictor has been removed... check in the down pipe and also the tail can.
dude have a look on scooter attack, youve got a minarelli engine in your scooter... its like the most tunable scooter engine on the planet...

your probably over filling it and its coming out the over flow...

Theres a changing rollers guide i made, which of course includes taking off the variator :)...

does it just leak straight after youve filled up, then stop leaking as the fuel level comes down ?
was the std jet a 53 ? if so a 60 jet seems a bit big for just a pipe.... a 56 jet would be better, you tried a new spark plug yet ?
